About the Role

Due to fantastic business growth we are looking for a number of motivated, committed and dynamic individuals to join our well-established Enablement team based in Atlanta, GA.

As an Enablement Specialist you will be working with our self-service, buying and accounts payable automation product, iCompleat. As a partner centric platform, you’ll learn the intricacies of the product and use your knowledge to help our partners enable their customers to get as much benefit as possible from the system. You’ll be regularly interacting with partners, building strong working relationships and ensuring they have a firm understanding of the product. Interpreting, analysing and acting appropriately on reports and customer feedback is also an integral part of the role.

Working closely with our other teams based in the UK and Australia, you’ll be using your product expertise to enable our partners to become truly self-sufficient.

What we’re looking for in our Enablement Specialists

Experience

  • An ability to quickly learn new software packages and other business processes
  • Have worked with various finance systems (SAGE, Intacct, Xero, QuickBooks) and understand basic financial principles (the AP process)
  • Understanding software implementation processes and stages
  • Intermediate Excel skills (vlookups)
  • Analysing, sharing findings and liaising with other departments to improve business process
  • Speaking to customers and ensuring they are satisfied using appropriate forms of communication
  • Managing customer and colleague expectations
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers, partners and colleagues
  • High level of numeracy and literacy skills
  • The role will entail a high level of working within channel partners and therefore relevant experience would be advantageous
  • An ability to understand the proposition and why our customers use the product
