About the Role
We are recruiting a Service Delivery Administrator due to company growth. The role of the Service Delivery Administrator is to provide support within the Service Delivery team covering a variety of areas including new customer projects and project plans, existing customers and their change requests and general enquiries and managing communications with Partners. Our implementation team and customers are remotely based around the UK so you must be a fantastic communicator with excellent organisation skills and someone who delivers great customer service.
Due to the spread of customers, some travel and overnight stays may be expected, although
not very frequently.
What we are looking for:
Ability to understand and clarify customer requirements, and effectively communicate between relevant personnel
Flexibility; must be able to react and shift priorities, demands and timelines
Familiar with CRM systems, databases and able to maintain these
Highly organised with an ability to manage time and execute tasks effectively within in a fast-moving high-pressure environment
Ability to read communication styles of customers and other team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines
Encouraging, and motivating to encourage a positive working environment
Ability to identify conflicts and objections from customers and wider teams and either resolve or escalate accordingly
Ability to negotiate and reach compromise
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
Flexible and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with high attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and customers
A logical approach to problem solving and being proactive to prevent future
You must be able to take ownership of workload and ensure tasks are seen through to completion
A persuasive nature and ability to work with stakeholders, other departments and customers
You must be able to embrace change and the associated tasks involved in business changes

Up to £22,000 per annum dependant on experience.
Additional benefits include contributory pension, enhanced maternity/paternity, store discounts, health care programme, 1 month paid sabbatical after 5 years service, 25 days’ holiday per annum increasing yearly up to a maximum of 30 days plus bank holidays.
