Compleat provides the ability to capture all existing term contracts including the renewal date, the termination date and an activation date. The activation creates a contract renewal requisition within our Purchase to Pay software and ensures there is adequate time to commence a review and obtain alternative quotes prior to the termination date.

The contract renewal activation can automatically notify CBG who will engage our preferred supplier to provide a competitive quotation.
