Compleat catalogues and templates



Compleat enables the creation and maintenance of catalogues and templates to speed up the order creation process and automate many aspects of the coding and pricing for increased accuracy.

Catalogues enable the use of pictures / graphics and descriptions of products and services to aid in the identification and selection process. Unlike "punch out" methodologies which reflect a specific supplier's site, Compleat delivers a common user interface whilst accessing / updating specific suppliers data increasing productivity whilst reducing errors and training requirements.

Templates address regular supplier and repeat order requirements. Standard price lists are downloaded  from the supplier in Excel format on a daily, weekly or monthly basis to reflect the current pricing and used to update Compleat to the latest information.

The user can also use their own templates for regular orders where the order content is pre-configured and only unit information needs to be added.

All catalogues and templates can be pre-configured for supplier and general ledger coding further automating the order generation process.
